It looks like the KB2852386 update was already installed as part of regular windows updates when I searched for it under the view installed updates. I can manually clean them up but not sure why on Windows Server it is not detecting the proper size and offering to clean when this works on Windows 7 fine. It's described by Knowledge Base article KB2852386.
