Changing the SQLSERVERAGENT and MSSQLSERVER service account contexts to the correct service account context (e.g. "SQUIRREL") helped but did not completely correct the problem. The duplicate name is MSSQLSvc/fontana-v.owasa.local:1433 (of type DS_SERVICE_PRINCIPAL_NAME). You cannot edit other events.
