My netbook has XP home, so I created the DWORD in the registry, and added the values there. For me, there was no IRPStackSize in my registry and setting it to 20 worked. Several recent reports stated that 16 (decimal) was not enough, so I'm thinking of changing the recommendations in the main article accordingly.
